From the very start NZstays has cost just $25 per year to list on (there are no other fees or charges) and we have no plans for an increase in our rates.

Yes we're not the likes of bookabach and holidayhouses but we also don't charge $300 a year to list a property. We are the cheapest accommodation site to list on in New Zealand. Our listing fee is just $25 per year - a fraction of the amount the others charge. There are no other fees, charges or commissions, just the one flat $25 fee.

Just one booking over the next two years - which you may not have received if not listed with us - should easily cover the $25 NZstays listing fee. NZstays receives about 50,850 page views per month. That number of visits will get you enquiries if people like what you are offering.

For those listers who don't have their own website we have offered the free www.nzaccom.co.nz where owners can show availability and offer a booking system. The free site has proven to be very popular with both listers and the search engines.

By the end of next month an App will be launched to accommodate the many people who rely only on their phone or tablet to search the net for accommodation.

With so many new accommodation websites springing up since our launch eight years ago we are still here, still growing and intend on staying around for a long time yet with the same lower than anyone else's listing fee.
