A few minutes walk downtown to wharf,beach shops and restaurants.
Elevated to capture all day sun,with Fabulous indoor/outdoor flow to the decks.Bbq and Free wifi ,Free laundry and safe off road parking.
Choice of Two Self Catering apartments sleep 2 persons,Modern,and spacious,with private lift entrance,and or easy stairs.
Both apartmenthave multi channel TV,Free Wifi,Air-conditioning,Robes ,and everything you could need.
The two apartments are on one whole level,than upstairs is the owners accommodation .
Each apartments has an ensuite bathroom and king bedAll have air conditioning /heat pump fridge,tea and coffee making, microwave and there is a Bbq with plenty of outdoor dining on large balconies. Laundry is downstairs and there is 1 garage and plenty of safe off street parking
Amazibg feature is an internal Lift for easy access or stairs.

Was lucky enough to spend 5 blissfull days/nights at "absolute bliss" Paihia, for the second time....our kids thought we were mad going back as there are so many wonderful places to stay on the bay of islands however we loved it last year so went back.
We werent dissapointed
As soon as we arrived we knew why we had decided to come back
The location is perfect...a short walk up the hill ( yes you do have to go up a hill to get a view like this) , far enough away from the shops that you arent hearing the cars yet close enough to "nip" down the hill for milk without creating a sweat.
The appartment is spotless, everything you need is there( the photos on this website dont do it justice as the furniture has been updated)
Spacious lounge area with lovely views over the bay, sit on the couch and read whilst watching the boats/ferry go across to Russell or sit/lounge on the spacious patio and capture the sun, breeze, and view of the valley in one direction and bay looking the other way.
Marilyn makes you feel very welcome yet manages to give you privacy. She is always on hand if needed with a good chat, glass of wine, and friendly advice on what to do and where to go.
The kitchenette is well equiped although you are so close to the shops you are unlikely to use it.
There is even a lift to use to get to your appartment if you dont feel like walking up the outside stairs
We werent luckly enough to have good weather this time around, spend alot of time in our appartment, was very comfortable and spacious...never felt "cooped in" at all.
Highly recommend for young or old with no children in tow
