In February 2009, the two of us stayed at "Little Greenie" in Golden Bay for 11 days. Our daughter who lives in NZ did the reservation for us. It was our first experience in an eco-home and it was truly memorable.
We were surprised and inspired by the high quality of the building as well as the loving and modern furnishing of the interior. Also, it was a pleasure to find the advertising regarding attractive views and scenery not simply met, but even exceeded in reality.
We found our stay to be good value for money and enjoyed our time there very much. We would only recommend the "Little Greenie" for any short or longer stay and we look forward to visiting again.
There may be lots of accommodation in Golden Bay, but "Little Greenie" is worth every cent!

Wonderful views of Wainui Bay, the estuary and the sea, very private and peaceful, set in native bush. The outdoor bath is a favourite with guests.
Nearby Attractions and Activities :
The only accommodation at the northern end of the Abel Tasman Coastal Track. Many beautiful day walks nearby, watersports such as kayaking, paddleboarding and kitesurfing are popular in the area.
